Dana Hill, RangeWater’s senior director of engagement and DEI, is an industry leader, having served in various positions for apartment associations, including the Atlanta Apartment Association. She is currently on the advisory board of Apartment Life and is co-chair of the nationally recognized Atlanta Apartment Association Can Can Ball benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank. With 30 years of industry experience as both a supplier and property management professional, Hill is a sought-after speaker for the multifamily industry. The Baltimore native is a graduate of Frostburg State University and earned a degree in political science before landing a job with a commercial real estate publisher and has been hooked on the industry ever since. In her most recent role, she led the diversity, equity and inclusion program for a national vendor; she previously worked with leading apartment publications. Hill’s extensive experience in collaborative environments and natural persistence to drive positive change in every organization she has touched has left an impactful wake of decades-long industry relationships.
