Jeremy Milton is managing director for RangeWater Real Estate, covering new business development for Florida and property operations for South Florida. Milton’s focus is overseeing the profitability of the portfolio with emphasis on revenue growth, expense optimization, and utilizing emerging technologies to create effective business practices. Milton is a strategic leader who emphasizes empowering and building his teams to ensure they deliver operational excellence, as well as beating client expectations on returns. Milton has a bachelor’s of business administration from California Coast University and is pursuing his MBA. He is an active member of the South Florida IREM Chapter, president-elect of SEFAA, Young Professionals Council board liaison, and treasurer of the FAA Apartment Political Action Committee (APAC).
