Jessica Murphy is a regional vice president, South Florida region, for RPM Living. She has more than 17 years of experience in the apartment industry, including high-end high-rises, mixed-use assets, pre-development lease-ups, retail and office space, renovation/value-add assets, acquisitions, and strategic property positioning. Murphy has operated in multiple markets, including Washington, D.C.; Virginia; Maryland; Central Florida; and South Florida. Murphy is currently a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council at RPM Living, serves on the D&I Committee, and has played an instrumental role in numerous diversity and inclusion initiatives for a prior company in the Northeast division and Mid-Atlantic region. Murphy has a bachelor of science in business administration from Frostburg State University in Maryland, as well as certificates from Cornell University in diversity and inclusion, executive leadership, and performance leadership, and is an Accredited Commercial and Office Manager (AcoM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate with IREM.
