Mark Rutledge is the president and chief executive officer of WRH Realty Services Inc., and is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the company including directing new business initiatives. Rutledge has been with the firm since its formation in 1991 and previously served as vice president of each entity wherein he was responsible for loan and property acquisitions, as well as asset management and numerous property repositions. He also was a member of the acquisition team on several bank acquisitions. Rutledge has a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, as well as a master’s degree with a concentration in finance, both from Florida State University.
